 Multiple Endings and philosophies idea

Here is an idea that I have come up with going through SPORE again

Philosophies: During one stage after creature, you can help influence how your species thinks, and what they believe in, and as such, I have come up with this simple Pseudo Code (example is for a 'religious' philosophy)

User Places Relgiousbuilding on Set area
CurrentReligiousVal = CurrentReligiousVal + x (x = Religious Influence)
Stage Completes
If CurrentReligiousVal = HighestVal
PhilosophyVal = 3 (3 = Religion)

This then can continue and influence further stages until you reach the stated 'end', which would work like this in a simple way
Ending has been reached
What Is the PhilsophyVal?
If PhilosophyVal = 3
Play ReligiousEnding.mpeg (or whatever)

This gives a little extra freedom to the player and gives them a sense that some small actions have larger-end consequences, and this code does not have to influence the ending only, it can alter whatever you feel like, I think its a cool little thing to add but I'm not you and as such IdeaCoolnessVal may = Different, so what do you think

I think we have this covered under society stage, more or less. Remember, there's never going to be an entire species that follows the same philosophy (since we don't live in Star Trek,) and that philosophies and religions are always started by small groups of individuals.

Now, I don't know much about coding, but I do know that we've got sliders in the society stage covering whole spectrums of philosophy, from the simplest ideas (Warmongering to diplomatic, for example) to some abstracts about philosophy, dogmatism, and pragmatism. If it's not on the wiki, I'll find you a link to where the conversation took place, so you can check if that's what you're talking about.
