Hello everybody! I have some ideas for the game, here we go:

1º. Geological and atmospherics options: When the player begin a new game, give him/her the option to make his/her own planet, (temperature, overall ecosystem of the planet, mold the shape of the continents and geological activity).

2º. New biological options: When he/she is going to do a criature (pluricellular), give him/her the option to create the form inside, for example: tracheas, nervous system, also, the creature can be mammal, reptile, insect, arachnid, crustacean etc.

3º. New Stadiums: Before the Medieval Stadium, make an Ancient Civilitation Stadium (like Rome civilization). Other Stadium, is the posterior of Space Stadium, the player Empire can create species, travel to other galaxies, even create planets or solar systems. (This Stadium is based on Forerunners of Halo Saga)

4º. Create props, armors or weapons (small or in masive scale): This suggestion, give to the players the capacity to create small weapons (pistols, rifles etc) to create weapons in great scale (nuclear bombs for example).

5º. Multiplayer lan or servers: Here, the player can join friends in lan server, where they can evolve with different species to a great galactic Empire, or fight for the survival of the strongest.

6º. Aesthetic Options: Like, make a flag to your nation, specie or Empire.

There are all my suggestions, thanks if you watched it, and sorry about my bad english!

You obviously didn't read around the forum.
All of those suggestions have been discussed.
The first suggestion will be implemented, but you can only use it when you have completed the game.
The second will be implemented, this has been discussed a lot.
The third suggestion is also discussed, the first stage you mentioned will be part of the society stage, and the second of the space stage.
The fourth suggestion is part of the tech-editor.
The fifth is practically impossible, this has been discussed but found impossible due to the massive amount of internet-traffic it requires.

And this is an example about what -IMHO- shouldn't be done, altough I have to admit you are a collaborative user. First: Thank's Pailo00for your interest in the game and your suggestions.

Again, IMHO, I't will be better if you:

  1. Read and search (already discussed) before posting.
  2. Create one thread per-suggestion, helping us discuss your proposals, if they are interesting.

I still have a suggestion about how to do it, and it will probably work. Will discuss it later.

Could you direct me to this discussion? It doesn't sound right to me, all you need is deterministic simulation based on server synchronized player input (what you experience when internet delay affects your own input in some games). Which requires very little bandwidth, which is how it's done in games like RTW2 and Starcraft II (and i suspect a huge part of other large multiplayer games). I'm not saying we should make multiplayer, it would be a ton of extra work, I am just saying that it's not impossible.

The problem I believe was in maintaining the server as an open-source completely free project that wasn't going to be making money off of the game.

Sorry for the late reply, but to answer your questions:

1. That is an interesting topic for discussion. There was some general consensus on it earlier, but I believe we should revisit that when we reach the point of the game's development where we begin implementing the full and proper game start. There are arguments both in favour of no choice and in favour of full choice.

2. Yep, all that is in place (In concept).

3. Stadiums aren't anything special. They are just a function part that can be added to a tech object (specifically a building) to provide a happiness bonus to nearby residents.

4. All available thanks to the Tech Editor.

5. Eh, coop will be possible to a limited degree. It is more possible in individual stages, but whenever you reach a point where one player advances to the next stage while others are still in the previous stage, things get complicated. It would probably be easier to break the game into chunks for multiplayer (Microbe, Organism, Possibly Tribal, Civilization, Space) ((Yes, I realize those are very similar to the Spore stages, but that was something they did right!)). Having said that, multiplayer is in no way a priority or really even a goal, that's only something to consider much later into development, once Thrive singleplayer is well developed.

6. Yes, thats possible.
