That's not realistic. Meteors are negligible, so in terms of them, a Static should be treated like a Dynamic. Note: This rule only applys to terraforming tools, not God Mode.
Static is for people who want garden planets. All disasters are avoided.

Is a meteor a disaster?

Will there be life on gas planets, and if so will it be possible to develop civilzations on these gas planets.
This probably needs its own thread.

It does, but the answer is no for life. Civilization? Needs a new thread.
HOLD! Cosmos showed a model of gas giant life.
Sinker- Probably the reason you thought it was unrealistic. A creature that falls and is highly rare because so many die by hitting the blazing core. In fact, this thingie is more LIKELY to develop sentience, but that would need it's own thread.
Floater- Like giant hot air balloons. They photosynthesize.
Hunter- Chase and eat floaters. Rare.]

Welcome, Nikola.

If you can't find any information about God Mode, there's a reason for that - the idea was abandoned upgraded. We now have things called God Tools, which can be used in any mode. A ‘God Mode’ can still be experienced by using God Tools in Observer Mode. Have a look at the threads in those sections for information, then if you still have questions, please post them in the Misc. Thread.
