Some of you might be aware now that you have been accepted as team leads. Team leads atre like min-mods and encyclopedias at the same time. They must moderate the section that they lead and be know everything about that section. Everybody, show your respect for the team leads, although respect is never a problem around these parts. Anyway, congratulations team leads. NOW START WRITING DEVBLOGS. That is all.
Uteen Had an excellent idea earlier this week, and he has dubbed it "sandbox mode
". It's exactly what it sounds like- you get to create whatever you want, and you may get access to some special sandbox-only tools for creating special challenges for other people to play. anyway, Uteen is now Team Lead for sandbox, so head on over, say hello and join the discussion.
In a flurry of maths, tortilla chips, and death metal, and adided only by the vast resources of the internet, I put up a rather lengthy post detailing some of the mathematics behind procedural muscling in the OE. However, since Bashi is on vacation, and nobody else here wants to look at these maths, my post was almost completely ignored. Only one person bothered to comment on it, and that was after I bumped it. I really wouldn't care so much about this except it's quite important to the actual programming of the game. Visit and read my maths
. It won't hurt you, I promise.
That's about it, except, since the Audio team has bothered to update the team Devblog, I'll put up some nice music.
Remember our goals: simplicity, science, and playability. Keep them in mind always.[OE]
