I would, but I can't find them on youtube* and don't have any other links. That's why I was hoping someone might have another link. If not, they need re-uploading by the makers, or anyone with a copy. *I'm fairly certain 'Thrive Theme v3' is an older version, not the loop. If we do need to re-upload the files, are the people who made those tracks still in touch? On a somewhat unrelated topic, I just learnt a new way to stretch the page thanks to the organ design thread. I won't say how, but it involves a very long string of characters with no dashes or spaces. Oh, wait, I've revealed too much. Forget what I just said!

| Using the Covenant in Halo as an example, will you be able to force lower species to be your allies/slaves? | |

| Pretty sure the chances of beings caplable of reaching civ on the planet are sufficiently low to prevent having two or more on the same planet, (though chances of sentience are pretty good, and it's debatable where we draw the distinction,) I'd say maybe, but I don't run civ. I actually just feed it ideas with a meathook 49&1/2 feet long.

On a somewhat unrelated topic, I just learnt a new way to stretch the page thanks to the organ design thread. I won't say how, but it involves a very long string of characters with no dashes or spaces. Oh, wait, I've revealed too much. Forget what I just said! I figured it was that awful URL. Thrive V# is the newest to my knowledge, Hongchong is still supportive of us but much too busy to compose for us. So replace the Thrive theme loop with Thrive theme v3 and remove the other? Will do. If you want anything reverting I'll keep the original for a while, just in case. Edit: Thrive theme v3 is linked to as well as the loop version, so they definitely aren't the same thing. Well, loop removed. The page is looking rather barren now. Only the main theme is left. Edit to edit: I've added a couple of extra tracks to the page, from the music section, and a few I found on youtube. It's not so barren now. If anyone has any other tracks that aren't listed, please add them!

| Is changing email address function supposed to work? Because it doesn't, and usually they do so this might not be intentional. Just a speculation.
I don't get the confirmation email to the new address, just the confirmation 'it will be changed when the link is pressed in the new address' to the old address. I have entered the new address correctly, and re-entered it, still nothing. Anything I should know? Is there a some sort of ritual I need to perform to summon the mighty email from its castle in the cloud down to the land of humble mail clients?
In short - 'Sup wit dat, bro?

| I have two questions: 1) How big is the planet? With the creature can travel great distances or, after a while, is back where it was before? 2) Life as appear on the planet? Directed, via the panspermia as in Spore? | |

Indeed, our planets will be much, much bigger than spore planets, although still tiny compared to real ones. Their surface area will be 316.4 times that of a spore planet.

I'm sure I heard recently it was decided we were not having life on gas giants, so hooray! Gas giants will (eventually) have life! A species of gassy giants on a gas giant will be (eventually) possible! EDIT: - ~sciocont wrote:

Reading this again shortly after first posting this, how will we distinguish biomes on a gas giant? DOUBLE EDIT: Hold on a minute. Lets rewind to my now buried post: Anyone know about changing their email address? Has it worked for anyone?

| I have three questions to ask about the theme that I do. 1) The theme can contain (in addition to the atmosphere Ambient) pieces on the piano, but relaxing? 2) I am doing the theme that relates to a glacial environment ... than the atmosphere can also make sounds that relate to ice storms? 3) Can I take sounds from other songs to make a song unique or not possible? | |

No confirmation email to the new address. And I'm 100% certain I entered the new address correctly, so that's not it. And I can receive email to that address, too.

I'm afraid I can't diagnose that. Me neither. I just tried again, to see if it would decide to work properly for me a day later, as things do sometimes.
