In my opinion Thrive can currently be considered a Indie Company, and going to E3 would cause a considerable growth of activity around it, due to the current lack of people it doesnt seem probable, but what we lose for triying?
I dont nominate myself because im not interested on going there myself, but i encourage the developers, a fan, or family to nominate it.
Oh, and i do what i can on helping the game... http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?threads/thrive-sporelike-game.20805/#post-831540

| Not before we have a beta, but seems like a cool idea. | |

Sigh, probably we dont have time to get a beta. Also look at Starbound, it used to be the first on E3 and didnt have a beta at all. In fact, they renounced to the prize to let other smaller indie games to have a chance of going E3. The main ploblem in my opinion is that the forums are currently a bit of a mess. Like, if someone comes to a forum, he expects to see a list of cool features, not scary giantic wall of texts about technical blablabla.

| I agree that the forums are a mess. We have duplicate forum names (e.g. "Programming") with no real differentiation between the duplicates. Then there are subforums for each stage and each editor. Some of those subforums have less than 10 topics. The whole "hard development" section has a total of 20 posts and it's at the very top of the page. The forums could certainly use a thorough pruning.
But the untidiness aside, these forums are exactly for the technical blabla. Interested users should be directed to this site, which has a more appealing look. It lacks a list of "cool features", but I guess that can be remedied.
Edit: Fixed link to site, thanks Oliver!

As for a list of 'cool features', that's already in the works, intended to be added once ExpressionEngine is implemented. By the way, the link you added is broken as the next comma has accidently been included in the address. Here's the actual link: www.revolutionarygamesstudio.com

| So then what about ,,Revamping the forum''?
Also, Oliver, i aggre with you. If you as example, chat with someone who is interested into spore, will you give him link to Spore.com or Sporum? Spore.com, of course. Same with Thrive.

As first, fixing bug causing topic old 3 yrs. be showed as ,,hot topics''. Anyways, i think ,,revamping forum'' might need its own thread, beacuse this thread wasnt started for discussion of that.

It doesn't show up all the time. It mainly doesn't show up when your browsing the different sections of the forums. I have to go to the URL and delete the "/forums" on it just to get to the recent posts. Same goes with the IRC (not that anyone even uses it lol)
