Hello everyone! I figured it'd be a good idea to introduce myself! I refer to myself as 'LIonGraphiK' as it's the name of my YouTube channel and because I was once a bit of a Graphics Geek.
I joined the forums primarily because I want to get myself involved in this project because I believe I'm a capable Musician (that's my main focus), somewhat decent when it comes to science and a little bit of a graphics designer here and there.
Here's two examples of simple renders:
As a Musician- I've been mostly focused on choral Music, but before that I did a lot of electronic Music, remixing and creating my own.
Enjoy! I hope that I can be of use here, and I look forward to exploring the forums!

Welcome to the forum, LIonGraphiK.
People who compose music are always welcome and useful. You should contact Doggit or Oliveriver, since they are both the main members of the music team around here.

Welcome to the team, LIonGraphiK! (I'm the Oliver L whose video you commented on) :D
As Tarpy said, Doggit and I are the main musicians here, so if you compose any themes for Thrive or need some help with what to do, just ask us. The first piece you embedded would work really well for Thrive, although we can't use it as it's a remix, of course. I like the second one, but it wouldn't really be suitable for Thrive seeing as the majority of our music will be ambient. For graphics I'd talk to Thriving Cheese.
We're looking forward to having you on the music (and/or art) team!

Thank you all for the warm welcomes!!!
So I made this in under an hour roughly, and thought I'd share it to showcase what I could possibly do here.

Personally, I thought it sounded great, but by 0:29 I thought it was strange to have those noises added in. I think they just sounded out of place.
Btw, welcome to Thrive! Your art looks cool, and your music is nice too.

I agree with Nick in that the noise that starts at 0:29 is a little distracting. I'd also remove the sparkly sound effects. Apart from that, it was pretty much perfect for something like a space theme! :D
