Should we change microbe stage enviroment from 2.5D to 3D?

Changing the microbe stage environment from 2.5D to 3D would add more depth to the stage and make thrive more realistic.

The microbe stage was never supposed to be in 3D, the 2D view is what the entire gameplay is based around. And even if your suggestion would be a good idea it would be way to late to implement it now. The entire microbe stage code would be useless if we decided to use this idea.

(P.S: I'm pretty sure these kind of suggestions belong on the reddit page)

This isn't correct as everything is already 3D and simply tilting the camera a bit would make everything appear way more 3D than it already does. However I agree that it may not be a good idea to make it fully 3D as it would make things feel weird when everything only occurs in a single plane of the world.
