| Okay, for credits we have a "Programmer credits list," which is self explanatory whose on it unless you live under a rock on Pluto, and "Developer credits list" which we are uncertain of who should be on.
My view: we pay no one, so attribution in a .txt file is a pretty minor point. Whoever is actually helping on the forum is in. Some people are in, no questions asked, but mostly everyone who'se actually submitting ideas is in, regardless of whether they've moved recently to a rock on Pluto or not.
All discussion of who that is who contributes goes here, not in TOU. Thank you.

| I am not certian what the legalities are concerning usernames, but I do imagine that as there is no money involved, we may possibly have a pass on the "real names" part. However, it may possibly be necessary, and most likely will be necessary at least for the programmers. You don't have to post up your real name anywhere here, if that makes you feel better. We could find a procedure to submit real names (Your own, please) Anonymously to credits for those who don't wish it tossed about the internet. We'll only have to do that if legalities force us, though. | |

| Everyone should either put in their username or real name or both. Whatever they're comfortable with. | |

Ideally yes, but again with the legal research. I don't make the rules. Speaking of which, could everyone here do a check on copyright/attribution laws in their own countries? I'll be doing one on US, and whether one can copyright something to a username, or use pseudonyms in credits in electronic media, but I expect it to take a while. Laws will be different in every single country we're in.

| This is minimally important right now. Credits are something we put in once we're done. Since this is released on the internet, we're going to be working with international laws. Look up international copyright, etc. That will tell us what we need to know. | |

This calved off of TOU, which we need before or at the same time as we look into copyright. And we need credits to know who is technically part of the group that owns the copyright. More legal research is needed. Also, I predict the issue taking a while to hash out before release, so we might as well figure it out before we do any legal applications.

While this is really all that needs be said for now, I'll chime in: Provided we can phrase it legally, all that needs be done is a single email-blast to everyone registered on the forum, informing them of a deadline by which they must submit their filled-out accreditation form (which we will create as a .pdf) to a given email address. Anyone who gets the form in on time, is in. Anyone who misses it, out. Obviously, this will have to be performed with the consent of everyone here (and I hope key players are saving copies of design docs - I've got more than a few here in my subterranean vault ) Again - provided the phrasing is properly legal (and we'll have time to make it so), it won't take much to create an appropriate email - especially considering that for all contributors on the site, email is literally the only form of communication by which we can reach them. Now, on to figuring out how to bridge between solid-fuel rockets and wormhole tech. Onward!
