Corporate Police State : How to Create?

How would you create a corporate police state?

Im guessing its free market and such to maximum, with authoritarianism to maximum aswell, but that leaves massive holes that idea does.

Do you mean a corporatist state where the military government serves the corporations, or a corporate state where the corporation is the government?

The first would have economic freedoms to it's maximum, while having personal freedoms to a minimum. It would also have the leader selection as set to military. The second would have economic freedoms set to however the corporation wanted it, personal freedoms set to however the corporation wanted it, and the leader would be "Corporation (Corporation Name)".

I believe the second one would be closer to what I mean.

On NationStates, I used to be a Corporate police state, but I eventually became a Compulsory consumer state. Take a look, as I believe I managed to capture quite a few of the things a corporate police state would have, but there are a few problems (ie, private enterprise illegal...).

Yes, the second one sounds a lot closer to that kind of system.

i know that i have a cache of political knowledge stored somewhere in my mind but a police state and a free market can't coexist

but a corporate police state is a whole different matter as you say with the first part of the whole thing that it is corporate and based on that fact you can say that a corporate police state is nothing more then a state that is created inside a multinational that holds enough ground that is needed to place everything a nation needs and in basic terms has their own private army and police force

*pure theory* possible as feudalism is kinda the same thing

*real world* it might be so that feudalism is a form of that it misses some key factors that can't coexist with it the closest thing to this can only be achieved when 1 multinational gains full access to the moon (just an example) in such way that no other can get to the moon that multinational can create not only a private army but also monopolize all things find on the moon

*side note* i have had a small nap some time ago and before that running at least 24 hours so if things don't seem right or are just missing the shelve completely then it is because i'm tired

It's strange that a state controlled by one big corporation would not be that different from the state-socialist states, like the soviet union (oligarchy, authoritarian, monopolies on everything, no individual enterprise)
