Hey guys! Guess what I found!

Now, there is one thing i must ask, is this game classed a comercial, because if it is we can't use this.
But if we arn't we can.
Autodesk have a education comunity, what this means is that if you are in a university/college/school that provides you with your own personal email address, you are entilteld to FREE Autodesk software.

P.S: Word of warning: They take absolutely AGES to download, i recomend Opera browser, with it you can start a download, pause it, shut down the browser or computer and then start again where you left off.

It's free stuff, so that's good for our game... It seems to be programs for making 3D models, if I'm not mistaken, it was just a quick glance (there isn't a hint at what Autodesk is in the OP)... Most 3D models in Thrive will be procedural, or made in an editor. And we probably can't use these to build our editors from.

And I'd suggest changing the title. It does sort of look like spam. And we've just had one thread like that.

So, what could 3D modellers be used for in Thrive? (if they are, please correct me if I'm wrong. Or don't, because it would be embarrassing for me)...

ahh, one thing, usally autodesk software isn't free, for example 3ds Max would normally cost about 3500 USD.
so yeah, rather costly.

also how do i cange my topic name.

PS: 3ds Max is the main one i am talking about, softimage and maya also fall into this catorgrey, as i think they are both for 3D modeling.
i am learning how to use 3ds Max as i speak.

Yeah, i'm aware of how expensive they are. edit your name by editing the OP.
