Injury and Wounds

Well as far as i could tell this has not been discussed so i hope to make a decent thread of this as it interests me a lot. So basically how will injury work in the game, i mean as it being a very complex game i am assuming it wont just be if you get hurt in a fight with something you can't just sit there and regenerate like on most games or pick up a healing pack. Will it be something like, if you sustain and injury you will have to spend some time resting or feeding to get better or if you break a bone you will have to give it time to heal. If i am mistaken and this has been discussed i can just delete the thread or you can lock it.
