| What I was wondering is, how will optics work? More specifically, how will you view/use optics in Organism Mode? I mean, if you look through a telescope in Org. Mode you would expect to see the zoom and be able to view the stars- but how would we get this to work in-game? Would we just put some sort of filter on the glass of the telescope to give the zoom effect? By the way, the telescope is just an example. I am referring to any type of optics that gives a zoom effect.
I hope you get my point. | |

| Well, some laws of optics will be covered by our graphics engine, and the amount that we need to "fake" will be determined by what kind of graphics engine we use. magnification, however is a fairly simple affair, you just need to have a camera with the right zoom set up to make it look like the telescope's optics are really refracting the light and magnifying it. | |

or you could just use the scroll button.

or you could just use the scroll button. We're talking about tech here, not camera movement.
