Forum Icons

Basically, the new T icons are a little too large for my liking. Making the T smaller, but the sun and gear need to be... wider somehow. Maybe three of the little gear things big, if that makes sense. For now, though, i'd be happy with smaller versions of what we have.

EDIT: I just read ADMIN's post, but i think this thread can serve as the current feedback on the icons.

WAAAAY too big. I agree wholeheartedly.

It's also much too dark for my liking now. (Not talking about the icons)

The icons really seem to be too large. I think two thirds the current size would be great.

Also, Invader has a point. The whole theme seems a little too dark now.

I can work on all of this. Sorry about the darknness, i had to make it darker so that you could see the new text color, which I adjusted so that the preview & send buttons would be more visible.

I wouldn't mind just whiter text and smaller icons. Everything else is good though

I don't really mind the dark theme or text dissappearing on buttons. Never had problems with any of them.


People, you need to decide if you want a darker forum or white text on white buttons.

A new problem I have noticed is that the title of "panels" clash with the background now. Try to make a post, and look at where it says "Post a Reply" above the title of your post.

I like the darker color, but I do agree that the icons are too big.

The darker colour is okay, but a bit dull... I think a bit of colour might work... Anyway, the orange clashes now, something needs changing.



...I bet you're looking at my sig, muttering to yourselves, "Who is he, saying that..."...

EDIT: Yellow removed. Now a different colour. (The same colour as that homo-sapien's C102H151039N31)

Orange is okay, it's the yellow what's hurting my eyes.

all panels are set to transparent at the moment.

Just an FYI: this forum's favicon is still one of the old post icons.

Can you please fix the icons? It looks bad that they are so big.

Icons are already fixed. You want them even smaller?

I like the current theme and the icons don't bother me at all, maybe the popular icons colour can be changed

They don't look any smaller to me. I'd rather them be the same size as the old icons.

Why are we digging this thread up? The colour already changes: New posts = green icon.

And the size can't really go any smaller.

We could always edit down that excessive description. Why can't they be the size the old ones were? Those worked at the smaller size.

I was hoping people would just forget about this. Look if it's really annoying you that much, I can fix it, but I really don't think it's that important.
