Prebiotic stage or chemical evolution stage?

What about those theories ,should we implement them some how?

From my understanding of it, the general consensus is that you start gameplay in the Cell stage, chemical evolution/a prebiotic stage will probably only be shown in a cutscene when you click "new game".

@OP: Eeeeeeehhhhh.... No thanks... Especially seeing as we still can't even begin to guess how life occurs. Plus it would destroy our ability to sneak in one or two deist easter eggs! ^^

I vote yes on this. Even Spore was going to have it at one time, at least until they dumbed it down.


Im sure we can implement it in a way like they was going to, a Tetris style stage.

If anything, we should just have a playable loading screen while it's constructing the world. This would be a tetris clone or something. And Rex, how does chemicals moving together have any anti-deist connotations? If anything it supports the idea of an architect.

We decided on no stage, but some people were talking about a loading screen game. I liked that idea.
