Those stub and coming soon pages are very old pages that, for a long time, didn't contain anty discplaimers saying that they are "stubs" or "coming soon".
One of the things I did when cleaning up the wiki a few months ago was make it clear that a lot of stuff on the wiki, stuff which was last worked on in 2010 or 2011, needs a second opinion on many finer details. Remember: The wiki is supposed to be a resource for the developers to use on game-mechanics. How in the ever-loving Belgium can we write down stuff about, say, technology, when on a development scale it will be years until we start implementing that stuff? Far better to just wait until we're close to coding technology, and then have a lot of discussion about the game mechanics and implementation details and so on.
So, as is, the wiki currently holds a lot of old ideas on game mechanics, and in some places (like a few microbe pages) is more current. We won't delete all of those pages, because they hold a lot of good ideas people came up with a few years ago. But I had to put those disclaimers on almost every page, because otherwise we get people assuming that everything in the wiki is set in stone when it isn't, nad talking to us about game mechanics that we won't be working on until far into the future, cuz they see something on the wiki that's related.
Makes sense?
