I really want to work on the code

Is there any code i can work on for the stages? I was told that here is were you are going to start with, and im very ready to start on with it. First the basics, then the rest

Well I recommend coding from the start, something that is set in stone (if we have anything that's set in stone), and by that I mean the microbe stage. Or maybe the organism editor. It'd be nice seeing as it's not as complex as some other stages which might be a real belgium to code. Namely, the auto-evo system.. we haven't really fleshed out that idea completely (I think) but we know it'll be in there.

And the coding language-- I'm pretty sure that's Lua. I've strayed away from the project for such a period of time, I think I forgot by now, but you can consult Bashinerox, our primary and first real coder. I can actually see you two getting along well in terms of coding.

I was hoping for some hard C++ Ill talk to bash, once i figure out how to send messages ^^ And ill have a look at those editors, and maybe a small glimpse on AutoEvo

The engine IS C++, Lua will be for implementing higher level things.

Then ye i will be able to use my c++ skills.

Definitely talk to bashi first. As a programmer, you're under his command.
