| We'll have to figure out how to tell which button the mouse is over, but other than that it looks ok. | |

Individual buttons and a bigger background are in the assets package.

| Because of the complex nature of our history, and because we're likely going to do an editor before anything else, may I suggest replacing the Credits button with an Editor one? | |

Individual buttons and a bigger background are in the assets package. Your mouse is an x, y coordinate. You can't use bounding boxes, because the boxes for those shapes overlap.

| By the way? Should somebody (maybe me) make a cursor set for the game? The windows mouse will probably look offplace ingame.

| I'm back, and this is interesting. We have something that isn't words. Any news from the programming progress people? Do we have some playable cool calibrated content? (EDIT: New programmers, I see. And new code. Excellent... Our plans are falling right into place )
But... One thing that's bugging me about this... A collection of items to create a menu for a prototype game... But something's off... This is a cell stage menu... So why is there a fish in the background?
Still, we could probably put an amoeba in front of it. Or maybe just stick some chipboard over it.

| This is the menu for the entire game.
Also, I wrote some geometry classes --Points, Vectors, Lines, Rays, Segments, and Polygons, and thus, you can test for being inside a polygon.
All we need is the location (x, y coordinates) of the corners relative to their texture's center. My polygon class will handle the rest. If somebody makes a list, the points can be in any order, so long as they circle around in one direction.

Because fish, that's why. In actual reason though... no idea. Lack of pictures of disturbingly skull-shaped amoebas, probably. :/ Have a nice day .

Thank you. The time for whining about this is over. If we get comments like this from our fans, we'll think about changing it. However, right now we need to work on actually making the editor and the game for microbial stage, and the background for the menu is irrelivent. I'm sorry, but I think this is something that you should understand.
