Music List Thread (Post New Themes Here)

Very good work guys, with all the Microbe themes we have and are making it will be a while before the player starts to hear repeated songs (especially since they ultimately progress to a later stage).

It will be good if theres a nice amount of songs that it stays fresh.

I'm currently working on some songs for the space stage.

I'll be making my next theme then for the microbial stage. Sorry about not making any songs recently. I've been extremely busy and uninspired lately. I'll see what I can do!

Sounds great, only thing i think it would be cool if it sounded different in various envirnoments.

I made a track today using Audacity.
A theme for a frozen alien planet, a polar wasteland, or sea ice for example.



What do you guys (and gals) think?

I think it sounds more like ambient noise than a musical theme. I think those wind noises would be better as an actual game sound, not a theme.

Hmm... maybe, although the beat/breathing/whisper has a rhythm to it.

Perhaps I could rework it into a more musical-sounding theme, with a bit of time and editing?

I love that battle march theme. It just screams a cavalry group riding through a plains. It inspires me. I just made a song, but now I need to make another. You'll be hearing from my next songs hopefully within tomorrow.

I made a new song about the communist ideology. Unlike other communist themes (which are instrumentali songs, but the original of the communist era) this is original and for the atmosphere that occurs during the strategic phase of the game (as in Hearts of Iron III)

I made a new song about the polytheism / paganism. The old song has been deleted.

Hmm... it's a good song. However, it could maybe do with a few more instruments in it. With deep long string undertones (violins for example) running quietly in the background alongside that short-note string medley.

I agree that it needs some other instrument(s), but for just a melody line it's awesome.

Thank you guys. I've been absent for a while 'and I want to make it up a bit', for this and more.

In any case, I deliberately chose to use only a tool to make the idea of ​​something mythological.

  Let us remember that the vast majority of the songs and chants of the Roman and ancient Greece are formed only by a single instrument.
