I'll be getting in some new shipments of music design stuff soon. I'll start working on it and will report back here with results.
The stuff I'm going to be working with will be more orchestral and ambient, so it'll be interesting getting to "know" it.
Most of my real work I do not have public, but my experiments I do have online (these are thrown together and not intended to be taken seriously!). Here's one, though I don't think it'll fit in this kind of game.

What do you think? Maybe reducing horns and flutes (or what they are ) I think it would be a great generic theme

Not really digging that, andry.
And apparently, hang drums are impossible to purchase ATM even if you have the money.
Your stuff sounds pretty good, hotrod. I think we need someything very simple for our main theme- consider the ascending line repeated over and over again in this:
It's beautiful, yet extremely simple, carries throughout the whole piece, and sounds great anywhere.

Perhaps if we were nice and asked the artists they'd allow us to use their tunes Anyway it has a lot of meditation, new age and such tunes, some might come in useful.

Ambient sounds are easy to make. Like really easy. The Difficult part will be making a memorable theme. I suppose you asked other artists you might get a couple yeses but don't count on the great Zimmer to lend you a hand.

Kind of spawned from another music guy being here. I'm hoping we can get some teamwork going.
I don't have my new music equipment just yet...gonna be amazing...only a few weeks, I hope!
Until then, we need to get a good idea of a general mood of music, so I'll post with what limits I have at the moment.
Happy? Sad? Atmospheric? Fast? Slow?
I'll at least post this to get everyone's creative juices flowing. This hasn't been sound balanced, so sorry if it sounds bad on your end. I gotta get some sleep.
