| Resource: wool.
It would be used to make beds, which would provide a energy buff, but in the awakening stage and perhaps early society stage, there would be a risk of someone, especially babies, would be dragged away by animals.
Source: animals with wool, perhaps in society-industrial spun cotton.

| @Raptorstorm:
I think that's getting a bit too specific for the metals. I think what we have now is good.
@PortalFan1000
Good, already on the OP.

| Resource: Sugar Description: A sweetener that increases dopamine in the brain for short-term, while leaving the consumer drained afterwards. However, it increases fat reserves when consumed in excess. Sources: Some organisms (both plants and animals) will produce sugar in an edible form and in significant amounts.
Resource: Sulfur Description: A yellowish, toxic substance that can be manufactured into fertilizer, sulfuric acid (both weak and strong forms), pesticide, and a food preservative. Sources: Found near hot springs and volcanic regions in a crystalline form.
I hope I did this right! | |

| Resource: Obsidian Description: A hard black stone that is a black color. Use: Effective for use in Tribal Tools and Weaponry, possibly also for Sharpening. Source: Near lava flows, Hot areas, or (very rarely) On the surface and in surface rocks.
Resource: Silicon Description: A metal, black in color, that is the eighth most abundant element in the universe, it does play a large part in biology, mostly in plants., like grass. Use: Small improvement in weaponry, Used in Solar Panels, And improves aluminum strength. Source: Found near the crust of planets. (Fact: 2nd most abundant element in the crust of the earth)
...I can also see a creature finding silicon and thinking its Obsidian, and making weapons out of the stuff... Silicon based weaponry, Huh.

I don't mean to be an donkey or anything, but I don't quite understand how any creature would even think it's a good idea to attempt making weapons out of silicon... not very useful because it is hard to sharpen well. Oh and also, silicon is a silver color; I think it looks like some types of steel. Although I would like to add that obsidian still has uses in modern times because of the fact that it's extremely sharp, comparable to diamond. Many surgeons prefer to steel because it has the potential to become MUCH much sharper.

Well some creatures may find ways to use silicon in ways to make weaponry, possibly like a hammer type of thing that they just flatten out, and use it to smack people around with. I can see how you would think that there may not be many uses, besides something like a giant hammer of silicon, but it really depends on the creature making it, it may fine that to be bad, or a great weapon. Beauty (And weaponry) is in the eye... or... eyes of the beholder.

| I noticed we had Bronze listed, but not Tin. We should list it before we forget.
One I had thought of is Steel, a mixture of Iron, Carbon, and...other elements of some description. Steel didn't occur in high quantities until the mid to late medieval ages due to some of the components of Steel being unknown at the time, or taking too long to turn into a workable form be worth it. (Iron was not used in the Bronze Ages for a reason.)
I don't know how the game is planned between Society and Industrial, but I feel that Steel could be implemented some point in Late society or early industrial. Steel is stronger than Iron, so I feel it would work well as an upgrade to the soldiers when discovered and created.

Very early humans did use it to make primitive tools such as a hammer... although not one that was used as a weapon. But I can see how it would turn out that way.
