Nice Doctor!
Menu with color fade:
Also, I think I might have an Idea for how the menu shows up too. .3.
A small black fragment sprite moves off the menu button when you click to open the menu, then stops in the middle, and crystallizes into the shape of the center frag, then 'seed' frags come off of it, and crystalize into the buttons, then the words carve themselves in.
Though this all happens within the time of the color fading in.
This all happens fairly quickly? Yes this is true. Awesome if it works? OOOOOOOOH YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAH this is true. .3.
Cool!

That looks great, and the animation concept sounds even better. Great job!

I commend your effort Doctor, but I think a more simple and symmetrical menu would be more effective. Also, correct me if I'm wrong but I've heard more complex menus and GUI makes it harder for modders. Regardless, I think a vertical list of buttons would be better. Also, words are generally used over icons in menu buttons.
Again, I hate to be the one guy who complains, but I personally prefer menus in the conventional style.

There's currently no 3D models left to do on my list, any suggestions for something 3d we might need?

Nice work. Is there a spot where they're all posted/ images are posted? That would help. Also, they need to fit into these shapes (most should fit easily with just a bit of scaling)
If they don't consider making revisions. Also, the nucleus and kernel need to be modeled, I think. The nucleus should be spherical, and the kernel contains the nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum (which should appear as a folded membrane) and the golgi apparatus, which should appear as stacked sacs.

I'll see if I can find something.
Though I was trying to make it different, since by far, Thrive is by no means a conventional game, IMO. .3.
Menu done in all text:
So, yeah. Save button's been modified a bit.

message to all 3D artists; try to kepp 3d organells under 100 tris. Please read through the third post on the first page of this thread. EDIT: There are some of the 3D organells that has insanely big tris amounts (one have 135744 tris..., I've been trying to reduce it's tris amount, and it's not impossible, but it's much easier to just make a new one.), so please think about the tris amount 3D artists. I aploigize for not thinking about this earlier. DOUBLE EDIT: Sadly, most of the organells are to high-poly (they consists of thousands of tris). And the "under 100 tris" is just a draft, and is open for discussion.

Im not sure what tris are but if you mean polycount look at this:
Spoiler:
in Zbrush theres this thing called dynamesh and it retopologizes the whole model with as mush polys as you tell him to
this is the lowest it could go on this model but keep in mind that this was a dragon with almost half a milion poligons so im sure that it can go lower when it comes to organels

Could you then please retopologize some of the organells in zbrush(because I don't have zbrush) that are far to many tris? (BTW, tris're triangular faces)

good! :D Here you go!: 3D Organells. I think it'll be best with around 10050 - 200500 tris.

Oh, I think I might know a way to solve that, I'll send you some new ones.(I think it's because they're multiple objects in each one of them)

I've fixed that now: link. I think it'll be good with 50 - 200 tris.
